Description

Cashiers are required to provide exceptional customer service to our customers by ensuring a positive shopping experience. They must have the ability to deescalate any potential problems that may arise in a professional manner.

Operate electronic cash register and optical price scanner

Weigh foods (produce, meat, bulk foods).

Accept payments from customers in the form of cash, credit, or debit, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

May be required to stock shelves

Ensure working area is clean and organized

Adhere to health and safety standards required by the Occupational Health & Safety Act

Perform other duties as assigned by direct managers.

This is a part-time position. With a range of 15-25 hours per week.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for long periods of time with repetitive movements
