Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
(Including but not limited to)
- Monitor stock levels in all channels/doors, leading weekly replenishment and pullbacks.
- Assist Buying Manager with the generation of weekly sales reports and analysis.
- Attend weekly sales and strategy meetings to support internal tea
- Monitor the production delivery schedules, notifying key stake holders of delivery dates via the GTM.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce team to support online merchandising, ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
- Oversee and ensure recommended size ratios are maintained across product category.
- Support the Buying Manager with seasonal forecasting.
- Prepare and maintain seasonal buy documentation, including stock and sales data.
About you:
- Previous experience in allocation or planning.
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or related field preferred.
- You are datadriven with a strong acumen for numbers and analysis.
- Highlight competent and versed in Microsoft Excel.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating and working crossfunctionally with a diverse range of partners.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit that drives initiatives forward.
- You are adaptable and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment.
