Yama Vans is a custom adventure van builder specializing in Mercedes Sprinter conversions.

Each of our vans is thoughtfully designed around our client's lifestyle with an elegant, functional interior and an off road/overland exterior.

We are looking to add an Operations Coordinator to the team.

As the Operations Coordinator, you play a key role on the operations team by ensuring all supplies are materials are in stock for production, as well as playing a supporting role in project management by ensuring all internal communication material is accurate and up to date.

You are a highly organized and systematic person who excels at effectively managing a wide array of information.

You are disciplined and focused, you love spreadsheets and checklists, and you are exceptionally good at executing a large number of tasks quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Purchase supplies and materials
• Maintain and manage inventory
• Problem solve supplies and materials related issues
• Manage internal communication systems and tools (Google sheets, ClickUp)
• Maintain supplier and partner relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in a role that requires high attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize many tasks at once
• Experience building and managing spreadsheets and other data analysis software
• Experience working in a smaller, dynamic company is preferred

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
