Description
Italpasta is looking for an experienced network administrator with strong skills in Cisco networking and networking-related hardware. Windows server administration knowledge and experience would be an asset.

The Network hardware Administrator ensures the stable operation of the production network and infrastructure. This person is responsible, among other things, for installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting various network hardware.


Network hardware Administrator Job Responsibilities:


Setup, configuration, maintenance, documenting, daily monitoring and troubleshooting of network switches, routers, firewalls, access points, Wi-fi controllers, Ethernet cabling and Wi-Fi links.

Secondary Responsibilities

Setup, configuration, documenting and maintenance of mobile equipment, such as warehouse handheld scanners, smartphones, laptops, desktops and printers. End user support.

Periodic Responsibilities


Working Conditions
This position provides standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular Monday to Friday work schedule. However, it requires 24/7 availability to respond to critical incidents. Periodic travel to multiple warehouse locations will be required.


Training


There will be an initial training by the senior network administrator accompanied with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that need to be read and followed.


Network hardware Administrator Job Requirements**:


  • Cisco: Intermediate to Expert (CCNA to CCNP) mandatory.
  • Must have access to own vehicle
  • Microsoft Windows server administration certification or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Pleasant communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour
