Customer Supply Chain Analyst - Toronto, Canada - Excelgens
Description
Manage the daily stock prioritization process for assigned customer and categories, securing inventory to help bridge through supply challenges- Pull open orders twice daily and refresh internal prioritization tracker: Approved quantities vs. onorder vs. shipped
- Source new orders out of appropriate inventory buckets (open vs. restricted), considering available balances and any upcoming inbound loads & run ATP to ensure orders are confirming in full
- Provide twice daily direction/recap to customer experience team on all prioritized skus
- Manage escalations for supply challenges and delayed inbounds to mitigate shortages for assigned customer
- Maintain & refresh external facing customer prioritization reports weekly
- Reporting HUB for the Customer Experience Team:
- CPU & Customer Portal Updates on Load tracking
- Daily Shorts File Refresh & Weekly Biscuit Shorts report
- Transport Tracker & Carrier Escalations
- Cross-Category Order Day Alignment & Load Consolidation Opportunities
- Order Management Backup as required
- Improvement initiatives/projects as required.

- Experience in CS&L, working collaboratively with customers and sales
- Experience in fastmoving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills: Being able to adapt/pivot when things don't go as planned and provide alternate solutions for the customer.
SAP ECC knowledge and expertise in MS Office: Excel, Power BI & VBA a strong asset.

Education / Certifications:

University Degree or College diploma, preferably with focus on Supply Chain.
Job specific requirements:

0-2 years of experience in CPG or Pharmaceutical industries
- Customer-Facing experience a strong asset
- Flexible Hybrid working environment with home office based out of Gladstone

Qualifications:
prior experience in Supply Chain:
Customer Service or Planning experiences preferred. Strong educational background in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration.
Proficient knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel. Experience supporting customers or in a customer-facing role.

Salary:
$42,719.44-$76,707.59 per year
