We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Ramudden Canada.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will analyze our current systems to identify flaws or inefficiencies, and plan solutions to resolve all issues and ensure long-term effectiveness.

Additionally, you will participate in the development and coordination of projects and training to support the implementation of new systems and systems improvements.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

A bachelor's degree in finance or information technology, or equivalent experience
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of information technologies and systems analysis
Knowledge of Sage 300 (an asset)
Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
A proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:

Under the Manager, Business Systems, analyze our current systems to identify flaws or inefficiencies, and plan solutions to resolve all issues and ensure long-term effectiveness
Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, systems goals, and requirements
Manage the setup and configuration of systems
Develop and implement maintenance procedure, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alerts
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
Translate highly technical specifications into clear nontechnical requirements
Provide documentation or all processes and training as needed
Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business
