    What you will be doing:

  • Craft top-notch documents and presentations, keeping everything confidential.
  • Manage contracts smoothly, collaborating with others for success.
  • Plan strategic events, create sales presentations, and promote them on social media.
  • Track sales performance, budgets, and expenses like a pro.
  • Answer customer questions quickly and keep things running smoothly.
  • Help the VP and teams stay on track with their busy schedules.
  • Manage team expenses wisely, following company procedures.
  • Handle memberships and be the go-to for cross functional teams.
  • Essential:

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent experience in business administration, sales support, or a related field.
  • Preferred:

  • Experience managing sales/legal contracts and understanding contractual language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, including lead management and reporting, is a strong advantage.
  • Experience assisting in planning and executing corporate events (conferences, team building).
