SUMMARY:

REQUIREMENT

  • Successful completion of Grade 12 or higher

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE(BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Initial point of contact, providing assistance to the walk in customers
  • Manage and direct all inbound calls, handle inquires and/or direct appropriately
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail, fax and couriers
  • Assigning clients to account executives in the office.
  • Taking Payments and Explaining Payment schedule to clients
  • Provide general support in the form of data entry, filing, report queries and preparation
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service ( Experience in Insurance Industry is an asset)
