Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Business Analyst, Logistics on a temporary (12 month) basis with potential for permanent on our Transportation Operations team.

This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

What you'll do:


  • Review current procedures, reports, and processes for Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution Centre Operations to understand requirements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how the systems work and are integrated into the daily transactions that occur at FCL.
  • Participate in the implementation of supply chain systems and processes. Represent Logistics stakeholders and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Work with developers, technical teams, project managers, and vendors through the entire life cycle of project initiatives.
  • Lead and act as a change agent for assigned initiatives through communicating, training, and coaching.

Who you'll work with:


You will work closely with the Transportation and Distribution Centre Operations teams within the Supply Chain business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as IT, Consumer Commodities, and Accounting.

You will report into the Manager, Logistics Business Systems Planning & Design.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and have:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
  • Broad business acumen with supply chain experience
  • Experience with development and implementation of information systems
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and database systems (considered an asset)
