If so, then you might be the perfect fit for our Implementation Project Manger role for New Business.
The Implementation Project Manager position is the primary contact during the implementation of new group insurance plans, for our external clients and brokers/consultants, as well as for all internal partners.
- Identifying and obtaining all relevant information and documents
- Coordinating the tasks assigned to various internal partners
- Creating a personalized project for each client and determining the necessary tasks, taking into account all aspects required in the proposed project:
- Administrative details, technology, plan design, special products, dedicated service
- Meeting with clients and brokers/consultants to ensure that the implementation plan meets the needs of all stakeholders
- Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings with key stakeholders from all departments involved
- Managing projectrelated changes and taking the necessary steps to resolve any problems that may arise
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of solid experience in group insurance
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent
- Ability to build trusting relationships to achieve a common goal
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines at the same time
- Strong presentation skills
What is Not Required but Would be an Asset:
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience working on Finalist Presentations
