JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT COORDINATOR

Position:
Project Coordinator


Type:
Full-Time Position

Location: 974 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Assist Account teams to review and setup project.
  • Support the tendering process, cost monitoring, and reporting procedures.
  • Coordinate price packages with suppliers, subcontractors, and designers.
  • Work with purchasing to maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Work with purchasing to conduct material and equipment purchasing for secured projects.
  • Participate in Project Meetings, issue meeting minutes, logs and schedule updates as provided by the project team and senior project manager.
  • Generate and maintain Project Submittal process, including logs ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Co‐ordinate various small projects.
  • Other tasks assigned by the project team.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education, architectural Engineering program or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a project coordinator in the store fixture industry or relevant.
  • Cosmetics experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Motivated and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Proven technical problemsolving skills.
  • Energetic, organized, and selfmotivated individuals with a teamoriented mindset
  • Highly experienced in MS Office (Word, Project, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
