The Opportunity
We are looking for a very well organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. If you have sound judgment, great time management skills mixed with the ability to work as part of a team, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage all manufacturing work orders through the ERP system
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate ontime materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
- Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with operations managers to gain alignment on schedules and avoid any delays in production
- Work closely with Labour Planning Analyst to identify and resolve any potential labour shortfalls/downtime
- Schedule and conduct meetings weekly with various Operations Managers to discuss schedules, identify and resolve any issues, previous week schedule attainment, and areas for improvement
- Assess capacity requirements against planning assumptions
- Resolve problems quickly in order of priority
- Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization
- Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time role based out of Smiths Falls.
