Job Overview
As the Associate Partner Manager, you'll step into a role that helps to unlock growth opportunities for the brand. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the vision and growth strategy of priority partner brands.
This includes influencing the innovation agenda and collaborating with cross-functional teams through the integrated planning process to ensure excellence in execution.

At KDP, our Associate Partner Managers are leaders who have challenger mindsets. They put the consumer at the heart of everything they do, and they lead with a General Management approach.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage key partnerled innovation projects including, but not limited to packaging approvals, code creation, samples and project management for new products for the portfolio.
- Project management for new products for the portfolio. Develop & track project timelines and work with cross functional teams to ensure key milestones are met for key business projects.
- Gather and analyze brand and categoryspecific data to understand Canadian consumer trends and develop businessbuilding recommendations.
- Cultivate effective working relationships with the internal & external crossfunctional teams to support and execute innovation.
- Actively comanage the marketing budget to support innovation & growth initiative.
- Work with cross functional marketing team to coordinate cross promotion and comerchandising opportunities.
- Create & present internal and external sales reports, scorecards, quarterly & annual reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Business and/or Marketing
- 23 years' experience in product and/or brand management, preferably in the food and/or consumer product industries
- Experience with product and packaging development
- Experience with marketing project management and coordination within a company
- Experience in working as part of a crossfunctional team.
SKILLS
- A passion for the consumer, a drive for excellence and a mindset of continual learning
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience and understanding of Sales data (Nielsen, IRI, SAP)
- Attention to detail and quality
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Independent and dynamic, enjoys and does well working in a team
- Goal and resultsoriented
- Ability to work in a constantly changing, fastpaced work environment
