Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and support the execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals, including gathering relevant documentation and conducting research.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in coordinating subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy projects.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in project coordination or administration, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Familiarity with energy systems, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and green energy initiatives (preferred).

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
