High-Level Outlook
This position supports TNorth management as well as Unifor employees; also support other functional groups as required.

  • For Unifor alone, this position supports approximately 50+ employees for training requirements, corporate card expenses, LOA, etc.

  • TNorth Complex Support
  • Perform standard and advanced administrative and business operations duties for Manager(s). Provides analytical support within a functional organization.
  • Coordinate new hire and existing employee moves by establishing IT accounts, phone extensions, etc. Assists in the development of project plans.
  • Works with project manager(s) to ensure the integrity and completeness of status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings.
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements as required. Prepares reports for use in business planning and analysis for assigned area.
  • Screen calls, distribute mail, and update contact lists.
  • Process expense reports, EMRs, and order supplies.
  • Create correspondence and maintain library of presentations.
  • Coordinate and implement special projects, maintain confidential files.
  • Attend staff meetings, TDR meetings, and provide meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate and manage vacation calendars.
  • Record and prepare minutes for the following:
  • TNorth OHSE
  • Measurement
  • Pipeline
  • Compressor Stations
  • Fleet Support (as required)
  • PCards
  • LOA, OOP, & cell phone allowance
  • Expense Reports for all field/ Unifor
  • Training Profiles
  • Updating tickets in Workday
  • Additions/ removals of training
  • Pulling training reports for TNorth/TCentral/TSouth Supervisors in both Workday & Power BI
  • Schedule training courses, individual & group
  • Update Operator Qualifications
  • Optometry Form Requests
  • Managing TNorth Weekly Ops Schedule
  • Order office supplies, plus business cards
  • Front Desk Contact
  • Phones
  • Manage visitors
  • Enter/support inspections into Encompass
  • Update TNorth Telephone Directory
  • Other tasks as required

Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
