Manage Team and coordinate what jobs must be processed in line with the schedule- Coordinate with the other Supervisors on managing incoming work and ensure employees complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Record department workload to establish metrics and have a level of expectancy for all employees
- Create a continuous improvement strategy with the Production Manager to maximize efficiency
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Adhere to standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with the other Supervisors on managing incoming work and ensure employees complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Have a weekly Toolbox Meetings with team on the previous week. What went week, and what went wrong (Collaborate with your team on ways to improve department)
- Manage the safety and cleanliness of the department
- Other duties as needed
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
