BarBurrito Canada, the largest and fastest-growing Tex-Mex brand in Canada, is seeking a skilled and experienced Training & Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Location:
Ajax (possible travel to Edmonton)

Reports to:
Director of National Operations

Responsabilities

Write and develop content for barBURRITO University.
Facilitate inclass training curriculum for barBURRITO University
Ajax and possibly Edmonton.
Implement barBURRITO University online, conduct online classroom style training for existing operators.
Update existing Operational materials.
Better utilize existing evaluation and store visits process tools implementation
Assist in creating and implementing new tools to further improve operations within the brand.
Oversee new franchisee in training program, find ways to better improve existing curriculum.

Requirements:

23 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
23 years of experience leading and conducting inclass workshops, demonstrating strong presentation and facilitation skills.
23 years of experience writing, creating, and implementing QSR operations and training curriculum.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to travel out of province when required to support training initiatives.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes.
Provide work samples showcasing your training and development expertise.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with the Director of National Operations.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
