    Description

    A great opportunity in Management for our TW Distribution Center (heavy vehicle parts) in Longueuil

    As a Warehouse Manager your responsibilities include:

    • Support a team of 5 Warehouse supervisors
    • Manage the total movement, both inbound and outbound of product within de Distribution center (DC)
    • Control stock movement and accuracy, receiving, put away, stock location of supplier shipments, on time delivery,
    • Ensure solid communications with all personnel and with suppliers & customers.
    • Ensure respect of key performance indicators.
    • Ensure accurate and measurable processes and to foster continuous improvements at the DC.
    • Participate in various committees, participate in decision making process.
    • Prepare reports, budgets;
    • Manage health and safety at the DC.
    • Ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment (i.e. lift trucks, etc.)
    Qualifications

    To join our team, you need:

    • Community College degree and preferably a University degree in related field (Asset)
    • At least 5-8 years of experience in distribution, 5 in a management role;
    • Solid computer skills;
    • Bilingualism;
    • Solid organizational skills and control of procedures;
    • Team player with demonstrated communication skills.
