acting as a catalyst for savings and investment initiatives across all National Bank networks.

Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to help build our CRM, including our Salesforce consulting and delivery capabilities and working with our sales team to support their growth efforts.


Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Create different types of reports and dashboards.
  • Develop user guides and training materials.
  • Automate processes using tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder and others.
  • Participate in the launch of new functionalities for the various NBI teams.
  • Support users after deployment phases.
  • Recommend and implement changes to workflows, procedures, process improvements, systems integration and reporting.
  • Develop and implement various activities to maximize data quality and integrity.
  • Respond to different requests from the sales team.

Target profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Salesforce (sales cloud) or a keen interest in technology and IT solutions for users such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of PowerBI (an asset)
  • You are analytical and able to synthesize information
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) in French and English, as you will be interacting with partners across Canada
