At Nova Scotia Power, we see the diversity of our team as one of our strengths – one we continue to build upon and celebrate. Our five-year community investment strategy focuses on supporting programs, organizations, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, help to remove barriers, and advance education and drive awareness in our communities.

Recipients may have the opportunity to participate in a 12-week paid internship at Nova Scotia Power during their term of study. Recipients will be notified to apply for opportunities.

Past recipients are eligible to re-apply each year for up to four (4) years while still enrolled in a college or undergraduate university program.
