We are looking for an Ontario-based
HR Generalist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day HR support: Support a team of HR Business Partners who are working with modern clients to be their day-to-day HR solution which includes onboarding, offboarding, general HR administration, payroll processing,
    benefits administration employee relations and investigations health and safety program management and other HR disciplines.
  • Compliance Support: Ensuring all HR processes are aligned with local employment laws and issues ensuring compliance standards are met for each jurisdiction This includes creating implementing policies handbooks and Health Safety programs as well as supporting
    HR Audits.
  • Recruitment Support: Support manage the client recruitment efforts alongside the HRBP including preparing job outlines reviewing resumes conducting preliminary interviews coordinating client interviews conducting reference checks drafting offer letters candidate sourcing.

    Skills

    - A minimum of 1 year of full-cycle high-volume recruitment experience- Experience processing multiple payrolls of varied sizes across numerous jurisdictions platforms considered an asset Previous experience within benefits administration considered an asset Professional designation CHRP is an asset-HR Compliance Well-versed in respective Employment legislation other relevant regulations Health Safety Pay Equity Accessibility Act Worker's Compensation etc Time Management Self-motivated ability to be flexible meet client needs project deadlines Data Analysis Ability analyze data documents reports meticulous attention detail Attention Detail Excellent attention detail deliverables documents PowerPoints reports client-ready Problem Solving Ability work problem limited information take problem situation next steps Organizational skills Clients rely on team very organized efficient approach solving client's problem implementing solutions Communication Interpersonal Skills Team interacts many employees various levels organization must provide exceptional professional customer service at all times Technology-HR Software Experience with systems & programs including Microsoft Office Google Drive HRISSPayroll software Project Management Working knowledge principles practices ideal hr/hr/hr/hr/hr/
