_The primary responsibility of the Sanitizer/cleaner is hygiene and to ensure the lunchroom, bathrooms, equipment, hallways, and high traffic areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

The focus on hygiene and adherence to company policies and procedures regarding sanitization is to minimize and possibly eliminate the spreading of diseases.

Responsibilities:

The Sanitizer/Cleaner is responsible for but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Cleaning the packing and shipping room tables, floors etc.
  • Cleaning lunch room tables, floors, appliances, walls, windows etc.
  • Cleaning the washrooms
  • Stocking sanitizers, paper towel, toilet paper, soap, etc.
  • Sanitizing door handles, pulls and switches
  • Disinfecting hightouch parts of machinery (i.e. forklift steering wheel)
  • Washing and cleaning the slice room, mushroom slicer and the blades
  • Cleaning upstairs offices
  • Putting cleaning supply inventory away
  • Sweeping and mopping floors daily and/or as needed
  • Other tasks as required

Hours of Work :
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.

3:30 p.m.


Salary:
$15.50-$16.50 per hour
