    Overview

    AlgaeCal is searching for a top-tier Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team and propel our revenue growth to new heights. This role is for an ecommerce-focused individual who can optimize websites, reduce friction, and drive conversions across the full customer journey.

    We are an eCommerce company and we expect you to have extensive ecommerce experience and a passion for digital marketing.

    What you'll do

    • Optimize site pages and UX to improve conversion rates and reduce friction.
    • Analyze heatmaps, scroll depth, site speed, and other data to identify opportunities and implement fixes.
    • Build and optimize high-performance funnels across paid, email, and other channels.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys from ad impression to post-purchase experience.
    • Experiment with A/B tests and translate insights into actionable improvements.
    • Work with Shopify and related ecommerce tools to grow the site and business.

    What we're looking for

    • A sixth sense for what makes people click. Experience optimizing pages and lifting conversion rates.
    • A knack for turning insights into income. Ability to act on data from heatmaps, scroll depth, and performance reports.
    • A strategic brain with an operator's discipline. Ability to craft high-performance funnels and understand how pages, pop-ups, and UTMs fit together.
    • Full-funnel fluency. Understanding of the customer journey across channels and how to stitch them into a seamless experience.
    • Ecommerce instincts honed by experience. Experience with upsells, cross-sells, cart savers, and effective copy.
    • Obsession with A/B testing. Preference for data-driven decisions and maintaining test logs.
    • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly. Translate data into actionable plans for teams.
    • Experience with Shopify. Health or supplement product familiarity is a plus.
