Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay uptodate with industry advancements
Requirements:
- 421A certified or equivalent Red Seal Journeymen Heavy Equipment Certification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance and repair of Construction or Mining equipment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, and hydraulic systems, undercarriage repairs and engine diagnosis and repairs.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Valid drivers license
Compensation:
Wage Rage $40 - $44 an hour including a comprehensive Benefit package.
Days, 5x8 Monday - Friday or 4x10 Monday - Thursday.
