Responsibilities:


  • Accurately encode transactions into the system to generate invoices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for the schedule and scope of the job.
  • Crosscheck information with the Job Agenda and Homebase, as needed.
  • Keep track of the inventory for materials used in each job.
  • Create and maintain an effective filing system for the billings.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files, as needed.
  • Regularly update logs, documents, and files to track operational and client information.
  • Provide basic customer service principles and practices.
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations laid out by the employer.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the employer.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is a must.
  • Tech savvy with strong technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note:
This is a temporary contract position covering pregnancy leave and parental leave. The duration of the contract will be specified during the interview process.


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 18 weeks


Salary:
$16.00-$19.00 per hour
