Description company:

The company manufactures aluminum racks to support electrical components in the control cabinet of automated machinery. We design, cut and assemble those aluminum frames on site.


Duties include:

• Being comfortable reading and understanding manufacturing layouts
• From the bill of material being able to collect the material and cut it to length according to the layout using an semi automated saw
• Punching and machining the aluminum profiles
• Cutting the plastic parts
• Assembling the frames with all the parts prepared according to the manufacturing layout
• Packaging

Qualifications:

• Attention to details
• Experience reading mechanical drawings with 3 or 4 views
• Able to work in millimeter
• Able to do math ( how many pieces of a certain length can you cut in a full bar)
• Comfortable doing mechanical assemblies
• Able to work autonomously and at a good pace
