The Kennedy Eye Clinic team is growing We are looking for someone to work part-time as a receptionist/pre-tester as soon as possible.

• Check in patients, run through insurance, book appointments, answer phone calls and take payments
• Pretest patients before they see the doctor
• Be able to troubleshoot independently

• You MUST consider yourself to be an outgoing person
• You need to be able to help patients of all ages and of all backgrounds
• Have a positive attitude and mindset
• Organization and attention to detail is key so you must be able to multitask
• Be professional yet enthusiastic
• Respond well to constructive criticism

• We are open Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday from 95:30, Thursdays from 98 and Saturdays from 93. We are closed every long weekend.
• We are looking for someone to work 2 days a week: every Friday from 95:30 for sure, Thursdays either from 91 or 48, and then the odd Saturday.

• Starts at $16/hour and will be higher for people with experience in the industry and/or with being a receptionist.
