Our team

PURSUITS is a Toronto based design driven fashion accessories studio. A team formed with passionate individuals with enthusiasm, pursuing exceptional designs / quality with high-rated customer service.

Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate daily order
Maintain uptodate records of all design studio activities
Order fulfillment and packing order to ship out
Prepare invoices and update PO
Monitor day to day inventory levels
Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Motivated, selfstarter; who is able to work independently and as a team
An interest in fashion accessories, clothing industry and a willingness to learn
Proficient at learning online programs such as Shopify / Squarespaceetc
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Attention to detail
Ability to process and enter orders confidently and accurately within tight time parameters
Outgoing personality with strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Good mathematical skills
Previous customer service experience is advantageous
Problem solving skills
Marketing sense, knowledge of social media post considers extra skills
