Provide strategic leadership for the Mineral Resource (MR) department of Lion One.
The key objective of the role is to increase the value of the mineral resource asset through improved utilisation, resource growth, discovery or acquisition/divestment.
Responsibilities
+- Manage the delivery of approved work programs
- Manage work allocation to ensure resource replenishment
- Human Resources – recruitment training and succession planning
Skills
+- Solid experience in the use of mining and database software
- Able to produce technical procedures and documentation liAbility to schedule and prioritise tasks
