Description
We are looking for a receptionist for our Med Spa. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and provide administrative support to the med spa team. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and relaxing experience for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our med spaResponsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule client appointments using our booking system, efficiently managing the calendar to optimize appointment slots.
- Maintain client records and update the database accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and wellpresented at all times.
- Promote additional services, products, or packages that align with clients' needs and preferences.
- Assist in managing inventory, and restocking spa supplies as needed.
- Make and serve coffee and beverages to our clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred, especially in a spa or medical setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computers, appointment booking software such as Jane app or Vagaro, and basic office tools.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of medical spa services, treatments, and products (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Must be able to work full time
