Tri City Finishing provides painting services in the City of Victoria and surrounding areas. Tri City Finishing is based in Victoria, BC and is currently seeking a full-time
Foreman/woman.

Responsibilities

Ensure all work complies with Safety and Environment issues with SAFETY being a priority.
Lead and direct people, equipment, and resources
Conduct hazard assessments, toolbox meetings, and all other required documentation.
Ability to read blueprints, track and report daily job productions.
Maintain company image.
Ability to train and lead by example as well as delegate roles and responsibilities on painting crew.
Ability to adhere to company policies and safe practices.
Have extensive knowledge in painting construction practices.
Proficient and competent in painting construction equipment
Able to deal with difficult situations and resolve issues between coworkers, teammates, and supervisors.
Able to utilize resources and crew members efficiently.

Qualifications

Class 5 driver's license
2 years foreperson experience, or 5+ years experience as lead hand, sub foreperson in painting
Must be willing to work some weekends and in all weather conditions.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary:
$28.00-$32.00 per hour
