in Red Deer is looking for an experienced
Journeyman
Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician and may be open to considering a 3rd year apprentice depending on background and experience.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Consistently perform high-quality service repairs and have minimum comebacks
Accurately diagnose and resolve routine and complex issues
Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Making customer satisfaction your priority
Handling customer concerns immediately according to the dealership's guidelines
Participating in manufacturer's training, always open to learning
Understanding and complying with government and company health & safety requirements

What we need from you:

3+ years experience as a Ag or HET Certified Technician
Own your own tools/toolbox
Have a respectful, positive attitude and disposition
Highly organized and deadline focused
Team focused but able to work independently
Driven to learn new technology
Displays professionalism and a very strong customer service focus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Analytical thinker with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Strong spoken and written English
A valid driver's license and a clean drivers abstract
