Northern Gold Foods is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of healthy great tasting breakfast and snack food products.

Our Port Coquitlam facility is currently seeking a full time
Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

_As part of your role, you will:_

Effectively schedule outgoing shipments
Prepare customs invoices and other crossborder documents
Process customer orders in ERP software and EDI; full cycle from purchase order entry through to invoicing
Work with our sales manager and materials handlers as it relates to the order fulfillment process
Maintain good communications with freight carriers, plant & office personnel and customers
Assist with the coordination/timing of incoming shipments
Other logistics duties as may be required

_What we're looking for:
_

Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including Office 365 suite and Adobe (paperless process)
Precise data entry skills, excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
2+ years experience in shipping/receiving, ideally in a food manufacturing environment
2+ years experience with an ERP/inventory management system
Forklift experience an asset
Able to multitask in a fast faced environment
