What you can expect from the job:
As a Warehouse Summer Student member, your hours will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Day to day shipping of product and customer orders.
Receiving of product and restocking of shelves.
Monitoring inventory stock levels.
Maintaining a general knowledge of all inventory products.
Planning for receipt of large inventory orders.
Completing required paperwork.
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, office area, showroom, and compounds.
Talking with customers and providing a high level of customer service.
Warehouse organization including maintaining a clean, safe, and well organized environment.
Yard and building maintenance including tasks such as cleaning, weeding, etc.

What is required:

The required qualifications for a Warehouse Summer Student are as follows:

At least 16 years of age.
14 and 15 year olds will also be considered as long as they have permission from a parent or guardian and they have completed the Young Worker Readiness Certificate Course. We will require a copy of the Certificate of Completion and written permission from a parent or guardian.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 2-3 months

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
