A reputable boutique law firm in downtown Calgary is seeking a seasoned administrative professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office. As the right-hand person for the partner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of office administration, including supervising a legal admin team, coordinating vendors and bookkeeping tasks, developing company policies and procedures, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities. You must be tech-savvy with proficiency in MS 365 required. Experience working within law firms or similar environments is an asset.
