As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Owner Experience Supervisor supporting our Sarnia location.

The Owner Experience Supervisor (OES) motivates a team to achieve goals while ensuring exceptional customer/Owner and staff experiences.

This role is a key leadership position, setting the tone for customer/Owner conversations and experience, in alignment with Libro values and expectations.


The primary function of the OES is to coach a team of Owner Experience Representatives, ensuring an exceptional level of proactive customer/Owner advice and service.

This supports our customer/Owners to grow their personal prosperity while increasing share of wallet and overall growth for Libro.


A key component of this position is creation of a risk management and operations culture, balanced with superior Owner experience.

What you will do - The Epic Human we are looking for will;
Effectively use sales leadership skills and practices to build a mature sales management culture to motivate and maximize performance.


Create and foster an environment encouraging personal responsibility; providing staff appropriate autonomy to make decisions balancing the interests of Owners and Libro.

Coach staff to consistently operate within established work instructions (standard operating procedures) including cash management, reporting and physical security.

Promote strong cross-segment cooperation to generate referrals, collaboration, and build full-service relationships.

Work cooperatively to build and implement a business development plan, designed to deepen relationships with Owners.

Develop expert knowledge of Libro's services, gaining the ability to promote benefits and features with Owners and staff.


Be accountable to manage the branch at an acceptable audit level while reviewing and implementing identified business process improvement recommendations.

Do you have a post-secondary degree or diploma?

Do you have 3-5 years of demonstrated successful leadership within financial services or sales?
