As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence
  • Working with QB account payable and recivable.
  • Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for business growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather information on industry trends
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Answering the phone, make calls, following, and adding prospects to data based
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
  • Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
