Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence
Working with QB account payable and recivable.
Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for business growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather information on industry trends
Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
Answering the phone, make calls, following, and adding prospects to data based
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships
