Join the team of an established family-owned jewelry business and gain extensive experience in the world of e-commerce and the jewelry industry


As an Order Support person, you will be creating and reviewing detailed specifications sheets of company's products and uploading the items and images to the retailer's website.

You will manage orders, and liase with warehouses so orders are shipped on time.

Making sure items do not fall of site, inventory is accurate and daily liasing with retail contacts if any questions need responses either about product building or end customer issues.

You will receive training and guidance along the way. Our company works with various U.S. retailers.


Qualifications:

Excellent English language skills verbal and written.

Excellent Excel knowledge and understanding.

Able to multitask and be pro-active

Able to work in teams

Excellent customer service skills

Having worked in the jewelry industry - a bonus


Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 5:00 pm (1/2 hour for lunch)

Fridays will finish early 1pm

Sunday work hours are needed during busy periods such as month of December to fulfil Christmas orders.
