Description

We are a tower crane rental company that has been in business for over 40 years looking for a Tower Crane Technician (Electrician) to join our team.

• General maintenance and electrical repairs to our fleet of tower cranes. (Some mechanical repairs and maintenance may also be required.)
• You would also become a part of our team of tower crane technicians, assisting in tower crane erections, dismantles, and climbs.
• Commissioning and decommissioning of the cranes.
• Perform service calls, drive our service truck to various jobsites throughout the lower mainland, troubleshoot and resolve crane issues.
• Provide customer service to our clients and instruct crane operators in basic maintenance and functionality of our tower cranes.

• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification is an asset, but not a requirement
• Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude
• Cannot be afraid of heights
• Can work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Punctual and reliable
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• A willingness to learn new skills
• Strong trouble shooting abilities
• The capacity to keep organized, accurate maintenance records
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Starting wage of $42.73/hour
• A permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (some overtime and weekend work required)
