- Work closely with the Director/Art Director and other department supervisors to ensure work is completed in the style of the show
- Oversee the assignment and management of the Layout team's workload, including reviewing the animatic, creating breakdown lists, assigning work and approving completed layouts.

- Meet project quotas, deadlines, and milestones as set by project leads, and the production department.
- Interprets, implements, and facilitates notes and feedback from Production Executives, Directors, and Producer in a timely and qualitatively acceptable way.
- Partners with the production team to prioritize completion of artwork pending production requirements.
- Support and mentor the layout team, focusing on strengths within the team when assigning workload
- Adheres to digital file management protocols.
- Aligns and engages with the values of Mainframe: a culture of community, connectivity, creativity, and collaboration.
- Interacts respectfully and professionally with colleagues, staff members, outsource studios, and clients.
- Highly imaginative, thinks out of the box.
