**Video Editor

Part Time**Job Duties:
Assemble raw footage and transfer or upload to a computer
Follow a script, screenplay or outline
Input sound to enhance footage, which may include select music and record the voiceovers
Input graphics to enhance footage
Improve and correct lighting, coloring and faulty footage
Work closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision
Utilize apps, AI and creative video editing techniques, to produce exceptional video content with quick turnaround and tight deadlines.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from start to finish, ensuring all projects are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary graduate
Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills in editing longform and shortform video content for social media platforms.
High level proficiency with the following programs:

Adobe Creative Suite:
Pr Pro, Ae, Ai, Ps, Au

Highlevel planning and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of video production and postproduction workflows, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
Organize, problemsolving, attention to detail, initiative and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
