Description
Invoicing involving entering labour hours for technicians & description on invoices

  • Taking payments from customers (walkin to pay with debit or credit card)
  • Recording payments, creating deposit slips, etc
  • Assist with customer enquiries
  • Collection calls
  • Receive inventory through packing slips & enter
  • Match invoices to packing slips & enter
  • Prepare checks for vendors
  • Update check list for 'mailed checks
  • Resolve issues regarding invoice/credit discrepancies
  • Update costs on inventory when needed
  • Filing, mailing, etc
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Accounting software is required.

Advanced working knowledge of Excel is required.

Experience with full cycle accounting, year-end working papers, depreciation & fixed asset schedules will be considered an asset.
