- Operate and ensure the smooth running of the Mon Sheong Chinese School Summer Camp;
- Teaching management: observe, instruct, and mentor teachers, including Cantonese, Putonghua, Conversation and Mathematics;
- Manage resources including but not limited to teachers, program assistants, equipment, and supplies;
- Work closely with the Director and Administrative Officer in daily operation ;
- Maintain good communications with parents;
- Promote the work and activities of the Mon Sheong Foundation;
- Perform other duties related to Chinese School operations as assigned.
- This is a part-time contract position.
- Strong management experience, preferably in a school setting;
- Previous teaching experience, preferably within Ontario;
- Teachers' College Diploma, University Degree, or equivalent;
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and supervisory skills;
- Available to work from July 2, 2024 to August 2, 2024, Monday to Friday
