A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Supervisor:
Food & Beverage Supervisor is one of the most fundamental positions within the entire Food & Beverage operation.

We strive to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences to all of our Guests, whether they are attending one of our incredible weddings or dining in our rustic lounge or Cannery Restaurant.

We need you to help lead our Team in providing lasting impressions for all of our Guests

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, some of your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Carrying out established Company Standards and Procedures.
Monitoring Food & Beverage Team arrival & departure.
Assisting Servers, Bussers and Hosts/Hostesses during peak hours.
To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability to resolve guest and Team Member complaints.
Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge.
Previous Supervisory/Management experience
Previous experience within a Fine Dining Establishment
