We are looking for committed people wanting to become the best in a new career. We pay our team members on the front and the back and we have a skilled team to complete all of your documentation, deliveries as well as extra support with finance and desk management
What you bring to the table
- Previous automotive finance experience (not required, but an asset)
- Passionate about your growth & success
- Strong work ethic
- Self motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Working live leads that have applied seeking assistance with financing
- Creating relationships with lenders to continue to help your customers
- Text blasts to revive approvals and peak interest
- Cold calling previously hot clients that have went cold
- Hitting daily/weekly/monthly quotas with incentives paid out

Salary:
$120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3S 6K1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
