Overview:

Join our team as a Production Supervisor at our Pillow manufacturing facility.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with leadership skills to oversee our Pillow production operations and ensure efficiency and quality in our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production targets
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Train, mentor, and motivate employees to maintain high productivity levels
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
• Implement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce waste

Skills:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements

Pay:
$19.89-$21.00 per hour
