Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities Include:

Work with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to optimize the use of the companies Manufacturing Resource Planning software for rapid and accurate quotations.

Preparation of sales quotations in support of all Insight Analytical products including:

• JP3 Analyzers and Sample panels,
• Extrel Mass Spectrometers,
• Waste Water Analyzers,
• Wobbe Index / Burner Control Analyzers,
• Total Sulfur Analyzers,
• Auto Sampling Systems,
• Composite Samplers,
• Systems integration,
• Barben Oxygen Analyzers
• Other products as necessary

Review of incoming RFQ's and identification of potential exceptions both commercial and technical,

• Maintenance and support of quotation related documentation
• Ensuring that the INSIGHT CRM is updated appropriately

- review of incoming purchase orders to ensure compliance with the quotation

3) Support of Application Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering as time permits


Qualifications and Skills

• Post Secondary Education in a related field from a recognized Canadian source ideally in instrumentation or analytical chemistry
• Prior experience in inside sales or analyzer project management is required
• Prior experience with online analytical equipment such as spectrometers, chromatographs, physical property analyzers etc is required
• Experience in a natural gas plant, refinery or petrochemical facility is an asset
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings

$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
