    Position Summary: Based out of our corporate head office in Toronto, the Marketing Associate Intern will engage in creating impactful video content that reflects the transformative work we do at EHN Canada. This position entails capturing compelling narratives across our various locations, requiring travel and a deep understanding of sensitive content creation. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative vision and empathetic insight, with a drive to contribute to meaningful projects that highlight the significance of mental health and addiction services.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Sensitive and Ethical Content Creation: Produce video content that thoughtfully portrays the stories of recovery and the efficacy of EHN Canada's services, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all subjects.


    • Videography Expertise: Execute all phases of video production from conceptualization to editing, maintaining high-quality standards and alignment with EHN Canada's mission.


    • Travel for Story Capturing: Organize and undertake travel from the Toronto head office to various EHN Canada locations to film content, collaborating with local teams to facilitate shoots.


    • Project Collaboration: Partner with marketing and clinical teams at the Toronto head office and beyond to create content that supports EHN Canada's objectives and resonates with our audiences.


    • Brand and Ethical Guidelines Adherence: Ensure all video content is consistent with EHN Canada's ethical standards, brand voice, and visual identity, especially regarding the sensitive nature of mental health and addiction recovery.


    • Analytics and Impact Assessment: Utilize analytics to gauge the effectiveness of video content, making informed adjustments to strategies as necessary.

    Qualifications:


    • Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Videography, Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field, with an emphasis on ethical storytelling.


    • Demonstrated capability in videography and editing, preferably with experience or a strong interest in mental health, wellness, or documentary filmmaking.


    • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.


    • Exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion, with an ability to approach sensitive subjects with empathy and professionalism.


    • Solid organizational skills, with the aptitude to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.


    • Ability to travel from Toronto to various locations across Canada as required.


    • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, comfortable working in a collaborative office environment.
