Job Summary


As an entry-level Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Intercity Realty, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

This position involves a blend of sales support, marketing tasks, and administrative duties to enhance our brand presence and drive our sales initiatives.

You will work closely with our sales & marketing team to implement and monitor marketing campaigns, assist with client relations, & ensure the smooth operation of sales processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the sales team by creating sales materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems
  • Coordinate and execute social media strategies to enhance awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, open houses, marketing activities, etc
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to assist with property valuations, ensuring competitive market positioning for listings.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Keen interest in the real estate market and a willingness to learn.
