Totally Raw is currently looking to hire a Full-Time retail sales associate to work in our retail locations in Halifax/Dartmouth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets.
Process purchases, payments, and returns.
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
Represent Totally Raw Pet Food's brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service
Available evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

Previous retail or related customerfacing experience required
Teamplayer who can solve problems and address customers' questions & concerns.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills, e.g., POS
Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry an asset
Applicants should have reliable transportation.
